Oh dear. Why do you need to wait til end of June for ESA? Is it because it’s part of a UC claim?
Can you look at volunteering opportunities in your area? I thought you had already been accepted for ESA already Bee , end if June seems a long time to wait xx

Oh Bee you were sounding so positive last week 😞
I know it’s hard but try not to slip back into ‘comfort’ eating, you’ve done so well with your weight loss and you came across so much happier. Hopefully you have lovely weather at the moment where you are too, a nice walk always helps. X

How did you get on with the protein breakfast, hoping that helps . Good luck for the book keeping post xx

I'm also on the high protein breakfasts for weightloss @CrazyBee787 My usual brekkie these days is 3-4 scrambled eggs (just a splash of semi-skimmed milk), 3 slices of roast turkey/chicken breast, a tbsp of chai seeds for fibre, and maybe a couple of crispbreads if I've exercised and need a bit more calories. I'll sometimes have a handful of cherry tomatoes or 80g of kimchi if I have either in stock 😋

Mounjaro worked really well for me. It even gave me some odd but welcome side affects, such as reduced thinking about finances (worry), reduced desire to drink alcohol, reduced desire to gamble. In fact, basically anything a bit compulsive was numbed for me. Maybe it will help you stay aff the gambling? 😉

While it can't offer medical advice, AI can be a great "buddy" for diet planning, and I know you're a fan. You will be able to make changes to your meal planning almost instantly because of your restrained diet, now's probably a good time to create some sample plans?

Hi Bee, my daughter is trying mounjaro. She has had the three small doses so far, and only lost 3.5lb in 3 weeks. It does not make her feel full, but that could be beacuse of her PCOS? She is paying for it. Have you an invite to the green gym? I know our local one is weekends as they find they get more volunteers then. Who is going to do MD's mowing this year?
