Just in case it helps anyone else this is what I use and what happened. I had been watching a U rated show for 8 weeks using either my Ipad or Smart tv via Roku streaming. Episode 9 was due to hit but when I tried to view it I got the message saying I needed an upgraded plan. After I tried things such as resetting the app etc. it still did not clear - when I checked back a day later it loaded with no probs. This week episodes 10 and 11 arrived in the same week and I got the error message again and it did not clear even after several days. At first Netflix tried to say it was a show from a more expensive package without ads but that was not the case. Anyway today they said an issue to be sorted by engineers. Hope anyone who paid up gets a refund. Thanks again to all.0
