RWG issues?

Anyone else struggling with RWG at the moment?

I'm on an EE powered SIM, showing as only connected to EDGE and calls/texts don't go out/come in at the moment.

My wife is on Phone Co-op, a separate MVNO using EE, and that's working fine.

I know there are a few other folk on RWG on here so wondered if it was just me. My answerphone stopped working a couple of weeks ago ( if I call voicemail I get asked to enter my phone number and get no further).

Seems that cheap isn't always cheerful after all.

still down. no calls our or in and number not known if tried to call. Both our RWG NOW Mobile sims dont work.
Friends Gamma sim from RWG is fine.

Thanks for bringing this up. 

Yes, I've had the same problem all day. Can't make or receive calls. Strangely text messages are being received, but fail to send.

Not sure if this is linked to the recent issues but has anyone tried to use premium SMS on RWG? I'm trying to donate a few ££ by using a short code and the text won't send.

Is there a general inability to use short codes?

I don't think short text codes have ever been supported, a few MVNO behave like this.

RWG have confirmed that they do not support SMS to premium numbers or short numbers.

I've yet to find an MNVO whose agreement with their MNO has allowed them to have working Short Codes. I recall some while back (over a year) ASDA were trying to get it made available, but that was before they switched back to Vodafone. AFAIK none of them have it, it would be nice if anyone could post about any that they know of who do have it.
