Quick shufty on the website suggests £70 a month with Sky Sports channels, TNT, Discovery+ and some other stuff, all in with internet.

Assuming your £84.50 is just for Sky Q and you have extra charges for internet with EE?

If you don't want TNT, Discovery+ and all that other crap and it is just Sky Sports you want then you might as well just cut out the middle man and go straight to Now. £26 a month for six months minimum term and you can move internet provider until the cows come home.

  • I want euro sport and sky sports , I am paying £45 a month for ee broadband (FTTP)

EE box needs a working UHF TV aerial for live TV and recording of broadcasts.  They rent the box the same a $ky Q do.

Some broadcasters do almost live TV streaming, via such devices but not all broadcasters do so.  If only streaming stuff other devices are likely able to do that (e.g. Fire TV sticks, Apple TV etc.,.)  and subscribe separately for the pay channels?

You need to read up on the options and do some sums in order to get best value.

Have you tried to negotiate price with $ky by cancelling and talking to their retentions people?

Contact Sky & see if they will offer a better deal, than the usual out of contract one.

  • I did call sky and the agent was in a call centre from India, could not understand what he was saying.
I will have to try live chat.
I haven't got a tv aerial so ee box pro wont be any good.

The ee box pro doesn't need an aerial, but can only record 2 channels instead of 4 when in internet mode.
