I would argue your conclusion is unsafe, we have seen plenty of threads on here where people have counted the X days from ordering and declared their parcel late when a subsequent check has shown the merchant clearly stated it was X days from dispatch so in fact the thread was fundamentally incorrect and the parcel wasnt yet late according to the terms, just later than the starter of those other threads had expected.
I'm happy to be disproved by the OP naming the company but until such time I'd argue it's an assumption only and therefore the counter position should also be remembered.
Shopify has a lot to answer for here, as the vast majority are using their platform & they really should make sure that any sellers are entering full contact details.
Unfortunately there are plenty that do show a full address, often inline with what's on Companies House, but that address is nothing but a forwarding mailbox and the CH record shows it has a single overseas director who's listed with the same UK forwarding mailbox.
