Where's my £35 Amazon voucher?

Recently, I signed up with iD Mobile for a SIM only contract through the MSE website, with unlimited texts and minutes plus 50GB data for £8 a month plus £35 Amazon voucher. However, I havnt received that offer yet. I contacted iD Mobile and they told me that the offer would come through MSE, not them. 

There doesn't seem to be anyway to contact MSE to ask them as I just tried emailing them and they replied to say they don't answer email query's!

So i was wondering, has anyone else gone for this deal and not received the £35 voucher?

How recently? These types of deals usually state the voucher/gift card will be dispatched after xx days, sometimes 60 or more.

Was this for the 100GB or unlimited SIM only deal? It states:

You can claim either a £35 Currys or Amazon voucher.
You'll receive an email from Giftcloud within four months explaining how to claim it.

Our team absolutely do respond to emails about this kind of issue where it relates to something MSE-specific - what they can't reply to is people's general queries about banking, insurance, which broadband to use, individual consumer rights queries etc

I chased mine on the day it was due. The voucher showed up later that day... then they responded to my email apologising and a second voucher showed up later that week.
