Have you had a new smart meter installed in recent years? Again refering back to the thread I raised this week it seems very likely I'm being billed for 2 elec meters when I only have one. I've only noticed this as like you I've seen a massive spike in bills this month as they've adjusted the estimtated reading for the phantom meter.
FYI I'm in 3 bedroom terrace, Gas heating, elec cooker/hobs, no tumble tryer but laundry room with dehumidifier and use rough average of 400 kWh per month0 -

Surely we're not using half the annual national averge of electric a month. What is your usuage ?

An all electric property like yours will use far more electric than one being heated by gas.1
