Small claims British Kingdom Pro-Wrestling

Hello, I need some help please,
I made a money claim against British Kingdom Pro-Wrestling after they cancelled an event and the owner said he would refund tickets but didn’t.
The time for him to respond ended and I had the option to send him a CCJ today, which I did. I had an email back saying:
”Your claim form is attached to this email. The claim form is ‘un-served’ – this means Royal Mail could not deliver it and it was returned to us.

The claim form is ‘served’ if you believe the address is correct.”
British Kingdom Pro-Wrestling address seems really fishy, it’s not listed on their website, however it is listed on their Facebook as Unit 44, BizSpace, Unit 44, BSS House, Cheney Manor Ind, Est, Cheney Manor, Swindon, SN2 2PJ - which I used.
however on google it says they are permanently closed at that address, which is not true as the company is still making events.

What do I do next as I can’t find any other information about them?

What is "the company"? There is nothing resembling "British Kingdom Pro-Wrestling" I can see on Companies House.
Are you sure it isn't just a trading name of an individual? Or of a completely differently-named company?1 -

If it's "David Sharp trading as British Kingdom Pro-Wrestling" then you sue David Sharp (preferably at his home address). If it's "Boring Company Name (2024) Limited trading as British Kingdom Pro-Wrestling" then you sue Boring Company Name (2024) Limited at their registered office. So it sounds like you need to do some more digging.0 -

I’ve found out he’s a sole trader and not on companies house, where do I go from here?0

You sue him personally. (If you can find an address for him).
Or ... how did you pay for the tickets, and what were their individual prices? Also, how long ago was this? (I'm wondering if a chargeback or a Section 75 claim is a viable option).Jenni x1 -
A chargeback would be the easiest option if possible, but as others say, you'd have to go for the individual it is a sole trader.
