Ye the court date is the 30th of July. I have to send my documents, witness statements etc to all parties by the 9th of July. 

Nervous about the hearing but I'm not backing down.

I went back to the area and got video footage to showcase my main argument which is the signage is extremely unclear. Obviously they have responded to all points made within the defence this forum helped me send over. However my main focus in the court hearing is going to be the clear confusion and poor signage that doesn't showcase the parking arrangements. Is that a good idea? keep it short and simple and down to the most basic facts.

I am very surprised if they paid that hearing fee

All your Exhibits, including video footage on a durable medium,  that needs a method of playback in the courtroom,  plus your Witness Statement needs to be submitted to the court and claimant by the 9th

You definitely cannot just rock up with a laptop or Ipad and a usb stick or dvd ( or VCD  ) 

The judge will direct the case,  telling you when to speak,  if at all 

Keep checking your inbox and spam folder for an N279 document of Discontinuance,  after checking if they paid the court hearing fee a few days ago,  contact the court next week when they are open

I have completed my witness statement. Would anyone mind reading through it before I send it in? Its fairly comprehensive and im confident alongside the video evidence it will do well!
