    Seems a bit odd you cannot just email this form to the court and dcb legal etc.

    So I need to send a copy to the claimant: New generation parking management Ltd but do I also need to send it to DCB legal as well??

    I'm sure you do email it look again at the 12 steps in the Template defence thread. It should also say who you forward it to.

    That's odd to hear, given the first 12 steps in the Template Defence tells you exactly where to email it, and they are using a solicitor for a reason.

    I forwarded the email to info@dcblegal.co.uk because that's the email on their DQ form. Thanks for all the help so far!

    Hey, quick update. Ive had a letter come through for my court date. It is in early July.

    Check for the date for submitting witness statements and evidence; sometimes it is 14 days before hearing and sometimes they give you an actual date.
