    Digital?

If via a aerial. then given all the recent hight winds may have moved.

Yes the aerial is pointing in the right direction and the aerial is not the problem AFAIK it must be something else

If its not the aerial then realistically it must be your TV ,
when you do a scan , do the channels appear in the program guide or there are gaps where the they should be ?  be , so no Channel 1 , Channel 2  , channel 101 , 102 etc , if the guide shows BBC1 etc but you get no picture/sound , explore your the TV’s menu to explore if the signal strength and signal quality are OK , the other thing to ensure is if you are in an area with more than one transmitter to aim your aerial at , that you select the correct region , I have access to two transmitters Pontop Pike  to the north and Bilsdale to the south , the TV using and aerial pointed North I have to select ‘Newcastle’  not Teesside  to get the local TV station on channel 7

Some TVs have an option for "First Time Installation" or similar which wipes everything and then some more and the TV behaves as if you'd just carted it home from the shop.

It may be that your retune is just a partial scan to add new channels to existing list rather than wiping it all and rebuilding it; as some TVs are better with this than others especially when a channel has moved to a new number but your TV still has something else on that number, it'll just say what the deuce and often decide not to show you anything.

Or the aerial cable(s).  Or any joints/connectors in the cabling.  Or an amplifier issue if the aerial has one.
