UkPA parking fine is ridiculous. Please help.

Sorry to be blunt, but what do you expect the DVLA to do?

Complain to the MP about scam parking tickets by all means, parliament has already called them out for their tactics.

You are dealing with greedy unregulated chancers, yes their PCNs look official, yes PCN means PARKING Charge Notice (from them) and PENALTY Charge Notice (from a council) see the con?

You did not see Penalty on any sign or paperwork from them though did you?

You are now at debt collector stage these dimwits are also in on the scam but guess what you don't have a proven debt only a speculative invoice so they cannot do diddly squat.

The link that C-M is trying to lead you to tells you to ignore debt collectors and even shows some of their pathetic lying underhand bullying letters for reference.

As you have found out they are like bullies in a school playground you give in to them and they threaten you more.

Don't go to CA they are useless and POPLA will have locked the door to you they are not on your side and are paid by the very dimwits that are chasing you.

I have email dvla and my local MP yesterday and tag them both in with all the evidence attached with that email. Today I got email back from dvla saying they are going to into this matter asap. Let see

I have been contacted by dvla and local MP also they are also investigating this issue and gonna let me know soon

Have to say big thanks to everyone on this forum for guide me in the right direction.

Simply by getting in touch with dvla and MP my parking case has been sorted.
