i have paid my parking ticket fine £60 but again I got 2nd notice saying you still need to pay £100 but when I went on there link to pay I can only pay for £60 so that’s mean even if I pay them £60 I will be still getting increased charges letter. I have just appeal to popla about this and attach my payment proof screenshot and also screenshot of web payment link where it says £60 rather than£100. I’m also going to citizen advisor tomorrow. Is there anything else I can do.
Please help.

Don't understand why you paid them anything, it's a speculative invoice it isn't a fine and Citizens Advice haven't a clue about private parking scams!

I'm sure more knowledgeable people on this board will be telling you not to pay at all, but it looks to me like you are dealing with two completely separate tickets, given that your first screenshot shows a payment being made on 20th November, and your bottom one is referring to a charge being issued on 21st ?2

Don't go to Citizens Advice. DON'T!
They wrongly think that private parking charges are debts and might tell you to pay even more. You should never have paid a penny and we've no idea why on earth you did. This makes us very sad.
Nobody pays UKPA and it wasn't a fine and isn't a debt.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have appeal to popla as I thought it was a fine which to me looks it is a fine that’s why I paid £60 when I first received it. Is there any advice for me to follow from now on.0
