Ryanair - ADR Determination - Ryanair not paid in all money

We have been battling with Ryanair since Aug '23 after our flights were cancelled due to the floods in Majorca. To sum up a very very long and stressful story, the determination has ruled that we should be paid say £2,000, they money has finally been paid in but only £1500, so £500 less. We have gone through the determination word-for-word, nowhere does it say there should be any deductions (they have already deducted for the original flight which has already been refunded). Can anyone help? As ever, it is very difficult to contact Ryanair to find out the reason for this.

The name of the company is Aviation ADR (ADR is just the generic term for alternative dispute resolution), but perhaps worth sharing actual figures, how they were calculated and exactly what the shortfall is? Is it maybe possible that Ryanair have paid the same quantity of € as you were awarded in £, as something similar was reported on another thread recently?0
