How can I find plans for Full Fibre

We live in a medium / large town on the Somerset coast. Some parts of the town have full fibre courtesy of Virgin or other providers.
Can I find out when my particular postcode will be cabled / enabled. I have looked at the Open reach site but it just states that FFTP is not yet available.

Openreach have a map hereIt doesn't give dates, simply shows where they're planning to build.
