Question - Lifetime ISA Joint Purchase

Hey, my girlfriend and I are starting to think about buying a property together. I am already a homeowner but we would be looking to purchase somewhere bigger than my current property together to settle down and start a family. She currently doesn't have a Lifetime ISA but I suggested she should get one. As far as I can tell, she can still get the government bonus and use her LISA savings towards the purchase of her first property, even if she is buying with me, as long as the property doesn't exceed £450,000? Just wanted to check that this was the case before she starts investing into a lifetime ISA to find out later down the line that we can't use it as details were a little vague online.

Yes, your understanding is correct:If you're a first-time buyer making a purchase with someone who's owned before, you can still open one and use it towards a home purchase together, but the partner who's previously owned a property can't open one.https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/savings/lifetime-isas/#accordion-content-0349087001-41
