EE Closing Calls with Alexa Service

Received a message from EE today saying they are discontinuing the Calls from Alexa service

Their website says the following.

"The EE calls with Alexa service is ending from 15 January 2025. This means you will no longer be able to make calls with your EE number via Alexa devices."

I signed with EE with this in mind as I am a single dad with a 6 year old son. If anything were to happen to me, he could says "Alexa, call mum" and she would then be able to send help as she lives 3 1/2 hours away from us. However, now they are removing this service it will no longer work. Are they breeching the contract by removing this service? Would I be able to argue this point to move to another service that does allow for such a feature without being charged an exorbitant price for leaving them?
