No I can't as I can't get into the account as the phone number is not mine. 

Can't you go to the login screen - and ask for a password reset?

The email link should go to your email address?

I tried that but it has to send a code to the phone number.

I tried that but it also wants to send a text to the phone number which is not my number. I just tried to get them to update the phone number with mine but I didn't get past the security questions as it asked for last 4 digits on bank card on the  avcvount.
