Lyca mobile - not receiving OTP text messages after porting number

Hi all,
Can anyone please shed some light on how to get Lyca to fix the receiving SMS after porting into them?
I've got 2 tickets open with them and they both already passed their due date of 48hrs.
I'm not getting text messages from my banks, such as Amex, NatWest, etc., so I cannot sign into them, and Lyca isn't doing anything to fix it.
My number was ported 7 days ago.

Don't think Lyca's staff are particularly motivated at the moment

I wouldn't waste any more time (or money) on Lyca, look to move elsewhere.3 -
