Hi All, Quick update, I sent a letter recorded delivery to Smart Parking as Grizebeck recommended IE: Please therefore cancel the notice or issue a POPLA code. I also wrote a letter of complaint to the MD of SPAR, quoting it was a family hub and used by all the children of the parents that drop of and pick up their kids etc. Someone from SPAR contacted me 48 hours later and explained it was a local franchise called AF Blakmore and they would contact me, Which they did, he apologised for the issue and asked for a scan of the PCN and said it would be cancelled, then emailed me to say it had been cancelled. I didn't receive anything from Smart Parking. So thanks for your advice. keep up the good work.4
