My husband and I have both used online companies to find out if we have a claim. Despite them noting that an email has been sent to me I have received nothing?

My husband and I have both used online companies to find out if we have a claim.Nobody has a claim at the moment as it hasn't been decided whether there has been any wrongdoing yet. It will be another year, possibly two before that happens.
Using a claims company to do this is really daft. If you can get out of it at no cost then do so. This will be a black and white issue once the FCA has made its ruling. You don't need a CMC taking circa 40% plus 20% VAT for something that will be extremely easy to do.
