I am due to have some private surgery soon and wanted to use my flexible ISA to pay most of the fees, but I don’t know if this is possible. Could anyone who has knowledge in this let me know.

You can withdraw from the ISA to your current account and spend the money as you wish.1

Yes, you can flexibly withdraw what you need. Anything you replace before the end of the tax year would not use any more of your annual allowance.

Thankyou, does anyone know if I can pay it into a Revolut account?0

It depends on the ISA. You may need to withdraw to a nominated account you set up when you opened the account. However you can transfer the money where you like from there.
