The website you name seems to be a review website.

Did you check out any reviews of this review website?

I noticed this on their website:

Everything has beauty, but not everyone sees it

The customer is very important, the customer will be followed by the customer. As the land of the land, the mourning nor the corporal of the land, the pillow of the lion.

    And this:

We use Pure & natural ingredients

The customer is very important, the customer will be followed by the customer. Maecenas is not the biggest fan. Live financing for the airline.

What a load of incomprehensible tosh!

Typkur.co.uk website which also uses false information about the promotion, countdown deal etc.. For me it is a scam
Have you looked at the T/C etc on the site?
No details at all on where they are.
    Other than a link to
    https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/15338360

The other site linked (topguaidance.co.uk) to does not come up at all for me.

This obviously must be a other fake website that prompts people into buying.

    Why fake?
It's there so real. They do not sell anything, just link to sites that do.

1 review site would not be enough to make me buy a unknown product.

  • I’m afraid this appears to be a common issue with online sales. People do the research when something starts to go wrong rather than before purchasing.

It’s a pretty established practice that reviews are often not impartial. Reviews often get the products for free, or are even paid by the companies to do the review. This was the case in print media (back in the day) and is only amplified online. Reviews are one part of the process of buying and shouldn’t be the only story.

You have no claim of ‘not as described’ yet as you haven’t received the product! You may actually get the product you want.

Unfortunately you’ll need to wait until you get the product. You could try and refuse to accept the product but if it’s a drop shipping company they will just close down the business in the UK and respin back up under a different name. And international shipments are routinely just binned rather than returned to sender.

If you did pay by CC then you may have some luck there.

The people who do the research before buying, don’t end up posting here.  Your sample is biased.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?
