Moonpod, Typkur vacuum cleaner

So I do not want this item anymore. It is a misleading advertisment claiming to be a British product and does not come with the promoses like battery life and suction. What should I do. Refuse the order when it comes to my door or collect it and then claim the money through my CC company as not as described? The company has a strict return policy so the shipment to China has to be paid by the buyer. In that case could be around 60 pounds when the hoover was 170
Should I inform my bank that I have been scammed?

Hello OP
Sadly it would seem similar to this:

only you've spent more than the other poster. If you purchased from https://typkur.co.uk/ they do appear to be a UK Limited Company but I assuming you are going to have very little recourse here unfortunately. In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0 -
Mhariolah said:So I had been looking for a cordless vacuum cleaner for a while and I saw this review on topguaidance.co.uk by David Brown. It looked legit to me so I proceeded with the purchase as the website seemed to be based in the UK and British company. After they had sent me a tracking number I noticed the vacuum was shipped from China. I went online and searched for more information. So the reviews on their website claiming to be trustpilot were fake or just good ones being showed. Apparently the hoover is rubbish doest look like on pictures and doest have the features that were stated on the website. Basically Typkur is a former Moonpod company who scammed thousands of people claiming that the vacuum is excellent in fact they sell cheap fake product that is manufactured in China.

Just noticed OP mentions CC, OP did you pay with a credit card? If so at £170 you'll have S75 cover and as there is a UK LTD mentioned in the terms UK consumer law should apply.
It would be wise to screenshot whatever you can from the website and if when it arrives there is something you can say doesn't match the advert speak to the card provider about a S75 claim. In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces2 -
Which website did you order from?
The website you name seems to be a review website.
Did you check out any reviews of this review website?
I noticed this on their website:Everything has beauty, but not everyone sees it
The customer is very important, the customer will be followed by the customer. As the land of the land, the mourning nor the corporal of the land, the pillow of the lion.
And this:
We use Pure & natural ingredients
The customer is very important, the customer will be followed by the customer. Maecenas is not the biggest fan. Live financing for the airline.
What a load of incomprehensible tosh!
