Can you claim if you took dealer contribution and cancelled agreement within 14 days?
There was no mention of commissions from the hire company when I took out the agreement.

Being a sensible person though... no, you cancelled within 14 days so paid no interest and so sustained no loss caused by the DCA. Even if you paid 10 days interest this will be inconsequential against the discount you got for having finance.1
