Which exact site was this and who is the landowner please? Can you pm me because I'd like to contact them to ask if they will respond to the upcoming Public Consultation this year. Could do with some genuine landowner comments going to the Government.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
