IHT 205

I am in the process of obtaining letters of administration. My brother passed away in Sept 2024 single and with no children. He owned his own house and had a 5th share on a property in Switzerland now up for sale at chf145000.
Am I right in believing that I no longer require a IHT205 as these have been phased out ,?
Am I also correct in saying that I can do the application online where the HMRC send me a code if there is no inheritance tax to pay ?
The total of the estate including his home and part share of the Swiss property is £180000
This figure also includes some shares in an Australian bank.
Thanking you all in advance

Correct IHT 205 is no longer required, just the probate / LoA form.0

Thanks a lot keep_pedalling, would that form be the PA1A ?
Sorry for my ignorance0 -
Yes that is the one. What are the plans for the share in the Swiss property?0

It's quite complicated but as I understand it it is owned in Switzerland by just the 1 person. There is a Declaration of Trust which I believe was signed in the UK by the other owners.
Thanks again0
