I am operating 2 accounts with Octopus, our one and our Guide Hall one, same e mail and same phone number.    No problems at present.

More seriously since the login user name is email address, when you log in which account does it take you to?

Yes, that used to work for me too, until Octopus decided to do whatever they did.

It doesn't (see my screenshot)...completely "nuked". I used to get a choice of which one.

your screen shot looks like you have tried to reset your password. have you tried a different browser, and do you have any mails from octopus to your email. address?
