Fast Track Reclaim Refusing To Let Me Cancel My Claim for Car Finance - DCA

Hi all, hoping to get some advice please.

Following an email from Fast Track Reclaim I used their claim tool.

I tried to cancel my claim with them on the 16th day and they have refused to let me cancel.

Is there anything I can do?

A brief look at their T&Cs seems to indicate that you are allowed to cancel within 14 days (although you don't specify what you are claiming for).  So after 16 days it would appear that you're bound by the T&C's that you signed up for.

Why are you wanting to cancel - do you have a valid claim ?

Thanks for responding.

My claim is regarding DCA.

I started a claim myself on 29th October but had no response by 24th November, so I stupidly started the process with Fast Track Reclaim without reading the small print.

I have now found more information regarding the finance so I feel confident in pursuing it myself.

I contacted the FCA. They suggested putting in a complaint to Fast Track Reclaim.

I was just interested if anyone had experiences similar to mine and how they proceeded.
