How am I supposed to remember such an old alleged parking infraction dated 2021

The letter is from DCB ltd. Is there anything to do before I get the letter before court.
I have read the Newbies sticky FAQ post 2 but could not find anything this old. So don't know if the oldness is relevant here.

    Hello and welcome.

The fourth post of the NEWBIES thread
explains exactly how to deal with debt collector's letters, but to summarise that post - ignore them.

Thank you for confirming. Unless I'm going proper blind I just cannot find where the number 4 post can be found. I know you posted a link to it, thank you, but how can one tell?
I can't see post numbers on this very thread either.

Unfortunately there have been no post numbering here for several years,  despite people asking for them to be enabled

Click the link and the 4th post starts like this

    IGNORE THE DEBT COLLECTORS' STAGE

    DO NOT PANIC!

Your only other option is plan A In the first post, a complaint about the PCN to the business ir landowner to obtain a cancellation asap

There are no post numbers any more. The forum 'upgraded' and lost them! LOL!

Just count to the fourth post.

Or just do the usual control & f keyword search on a laptop to find the section about tedious debt collector letters, where I beg people not to start a thread about them.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have now received a claim form from HM Courts Service. What information do I need to post here?

The POC please, like you see in every claim thread. Read half a dozen threads exactly like yours (they are all the same) to get the gist and so that you don't ask us what the POC is!
