I've just received notification of discontinuation of court proceedings. I guess that's the end of the matter.

Can I just update on the missing perhaps it may help someone.
I kept getting called by DCB to settle. Once only I waited for someone to pick up from the automated dialling sysyem. I offered them a tenner. They refused. Then their system called me about twenty or thirty times, I just put the phone right down with no interaction.
Then I received the n279. We were possibly a few days from court fees payment deadline
