Discretionary Commission Arrangements - Jaguar Financial Services

Been trying to contact Jaguar Financial Services (Black Horse) since 12 February 2024 (used template from MSE). Followed up on 11 June 2024 and again today (11 December 2024).
The issue is, they will not reply to letters.Today, I have written to them asking them to now register as a complaint rather than as an enquiry.
Has anyone else had problems with Jaguar Financial Services not engaging in the communication process?

The FCA has suspended the complaints process in DCA until the end of 2025 (with expectation it will be pushed back again to 2026 or 2027). JFS cannot do anything until after the FCA publish their report.

The advice in February from MSE was to contact lenders immediately which is the advice I followed.
Regardless of what suspensions have since been put in place, the least they can do is acknowledge receipt of the communuication - good business practice in my eyes rather than ignoring clients!
Anyway, assume this hasn't been an issue for you so thanks for responding.

It is brand that needs to do things like this to maintain its value.Anyway, assume this hasn't been an issue for you so thanks for responding.I don't know if it will be an issue for me or not as until the FCA publish their report, we won't know. So, I am waiting to see what the outcome is rather than waste time and money now.
