  • Love the use of mapping to get this info, I was going to drive down tomorrow 😆🙏🤪
  • Any links to a standard template of sorts for messaging Savills? Can’t find any generic wording in the threads!

    TIA!

You just need to read the first hyperlink in the NEWBIES thread and find some examples.

  • Offending ‘parent and child’ parking space on the left, how someone is supposed to gain access to a car seat in a 3 door hatchback on the passenger side of a vehicle and also the boot at the the same time is beyond me!

    Email sent to property managers!
  • That should read ‘child seat’

Add that aspect into your Savills complaint ( but I don't think that parents and child spaces are determined by any laws or specific rules per se. ) you would be expected to drive in , with the foresight of knowing the child needs to be behind the driver and the hatchback or boot near the roadway , like the silver car
  • Yep, all covered in the email 💚
  • Received a response from a kind soul who is in touch with said parking company to understand what has happened.

Has said that one he hears back, he will contact me directly, but cannot guarantee the outcome, will do their best to get it canceled as a goodwill gesture.

Should I mention that as landowners agent they have the authority to cancel it under the reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act 2010?
  • Had an email from Savills this morning notifying me of cancellation, pending formal confirmation
    from the the bloodsuckers…

Thanks for all your help and for the amazing work you do here x
