Mis-selling car finance query

I purchased a car in HP (or PCP) in 2006, however this date stated is outside the eligible dates given (from April 2007 onwards).
Where do you think I stand with this?

You have absolutely no chance of a claim as the rules stand right now.

It is unknown, and you will need to wait until the FCA publishes its report.

Theoretically, you should be outside of the scope of remit, but if the debt continues past the qualifying point, it may sneak in.

However, the chances of any documentation existing today is extremely remote unless you keep good records.
