MotoNovo, DCA and the Claim Tool

Hi,

I am working through my finance deals and I had one with MotoNovo, in the tool on the App it says not to bother with MotoNovo as they didn't use DCA (I am paraphrasing here) but when I scroll down to the bottom it talks about response times and it shows the response times for customers who did have DCA which was 77% of customers which seems to contradict the earlier statement, can anyone advise please, I have posted an image below.
