That looks so good.
If you were to pay it evenly it'd be 182 a month in debt repayments. About the same as the 185 you were doing at the start of the year but none of it interest now, while back at the start of the year about 70 of the monthly payments was interest.0 -

so I'm now 11 stone 12.7 lbs. A little further away from the 12 stone mark
can't get complacent thou, still a little way to go.

For my height I can be between 9 1/2 and 11 1/2 stone to be healthy, so I'm just 5.7 lbs from being healthy. But I want to get to 11 stone to give me a little space to maintain.

PT at the gym was very enjoyable, he's given me a few tips to help burn off the last bits of fat. On the treadmill now I'm doing something called interval training, were I run at higher speeds in 30 second bursts. Supposed to be more effective than just running at one speed, and I did feel it working so we shall see
