OMG OMG OMG OMG. Congratulations. I away for 1 week and now you are engaged! But saying that after talking to you before I went I am not surprised. At least I have not missed the marriage already. I sensed it was going to be good news from your email...but as you can guess I could not remain orange for too long.
Also big congratulations for the no more HFC. Again another OMG so massive thing too to have missed.

Hi all, not been on for a while, been busy enjoying not being single still managing to get to the gym thou, I had my review the other day...
Body fat %...Originally 46.9% At last review(28.06/08) 38.6%, now 35.3% :T A drop of 3.3% since last review, total drop of 11.6% :j
Also lost 11.8 lbs since last review. Which doesn't include the 2.7 lbs I lost this week!Debt Free as of 17/01/2009 Turtle Power!!

Good news!! The HFC payment is showing as settled on my credit report. I decided to pay the £5.95 to get my credit score. Out of 1000 'points' I have...999!! :j My credit score is classed as excellent!
Time to get that low apr balance transfer!!

Can I ask what is your target body fat %? I.e. what is a good level of body fat to have to put your current lose into perspective. I am guessing 0% is not a good thing. Even without knowing it is great news though that you have reduced it that much. :T0
