Just a quick one to post my WI this week, I was expecting a gain after my xmas bingeing, but I have actually lost the 1.5 lbs I put on last week!
So I weigh exactly the same as I did before xmas! Not bad going eh!!
Very pleased.

This is what we had for xmas lunch...
5 of us finished off that pheasant, a huge duck and a chicken. Pigs-in-blankets, 2 packets of stuffing, a mountain of veg and yorkies. :eek:
