How has the money been coming out your account? Direct debit? If so you would have had to sign a form.

Grab the refund and move on. If you did agree to the policy, you've been extremely lucky they're happy to refund the whole lot.
Are you after interest on the money they've taken cumulatively over time? If so, you need to ask them for it. If they present evidence to confirm you DID agree to the policy, they owe you nothing and the refund is a bonus.0 -
