hi there
i am getting the same letter from moorside legal and i think i will get 6 or 7 more letters as the PCN guy was targeting me in june and july. in the 2 months time he issued more than 10 tickets to me. i appeal for 6 or 7 of them and was trying to explain them the person is targeting me but nothing happened.
today i receive letter from moorside legal i might receive more letters.
please advise shall i contact them to pay or still ignore.

Ignore unless you receive a Letter of Claim from Moorside Legal or if you receive a court claim1

"Targeting me" isn't a defence. You could only be targeted if potentially in contravention of a term.
