Can anyone help please?
I am trying to see if I can claim car finance from PCP.
i have a lot of information for my PCP but not the agreement.
Toyota have come back saying as it was over 10 years ago (JUST) , they don’t hold my details for data protection.
Does anyone have any ideas or support where I can go from here??

You are not subject to the data protection act in the same way they are. So, you are not required to destroy old records in the same way they are.
Alternatively, you wait until the FCA report is published and see what they say about DPA destructions.
