Getting Investments into ISA wrapper

Options
Me. Ongoing £250/month into longstanding Vanguard S&S ISA plus £13K cash ISA so far this year. Additional £50/month into Nutmeg funds, value c£2,5K

OH. £17K cash isa this year, no S&S isa contributions, but £100/month into Nutmeg funds current value c£11K

1 How do we get the OHs £11K into an ISA wrapper, can we get £3K in before April and the  remainder in the next tax year and reduce her cash ISA fundings next year accordingly

2 If My S&S Vanguard ISA contributions remain at the current levels ( £3K/ year ) and I do not put more than £14K into my cash ISA this year, can I wrap my Nutmeg holdings into an ISA ?

Over £2K made from bank switches and P2P incentives since 2016

The short answer to your questions is 'yes' - the process is typically referred to as Bed & ISA if you're moving within the same provider, who will often have a simplified mechanism:

OK Thanks. I have heard of this but never drilled down.

So as things stand we could Bed & ISA £3K for my OH now and the remainder in the new tax year and then add £100 per month as we are but withing the ISA

Am I allowed to Bed & Isa my Nutmeg holdings even though I have a longstanding ongoing Vanguard S&S ISA as long as I don't exceed the £20K in total for this tax year ?

Again, answers are 'yes', now that multiple ISAs of the same type can be funded concurrently (as from this tax year), but in your shoes I'd consider whether it was more sensible to simply put all S&S money into Vanguard, rather than using Nutmeg's generally inferior and more expensive product range?

On the 11k unwrapped at Nutmeg just be careful not to trigger a capital gains tax liability depending on how much the assets have gained their sale may need to be more carefully spread over multiple tax years.
