Moorside Legal Have Issued Me a LOC

Options
Hello All,

I have scrawled through the newbies threads, however there is so much information. I am not certain what pertains to me.

I received a fine for parking in a private space from UKPC. I have completely ignored them and Moorside Legal until now.

I have received a LOC with 30 day response window. I just need specific information on the next steps I should take.

How should I daft a response, if any? If this the case a template to follow would be great.

The template response to an LoC is in the second post in that newbies sticky thread

UKPC are normally using DCB legal, interesting if they have switched to Moorside Legal

Plenty of recent Moorside Legal threads about it, have a read of some

Are you sure it's not UKCPS, because they've started shovelling their cases to Moorside Legal. As @Gr1pr says, UKPC normally have DCB Legal as their harassment bulldog poodle!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Agreed, its more likely to be UKCPS. (. NOT UKPC. )

Hi Gr1pr, Do excuse me you are correct. Furthermore, I apologise for multiple post. This forum format is a little antiquated it seems?

Please use the Search box. ( Even though this forum does seem behind the times with its internal systems. )

"I received a fine for parking in a private space......"  -  it is not a "fine"  -  you will not find that word in any comms from the ppc  -  merely a speculative invoice.

No link. The search function works well.
