I forget things, worth me appealing or will they turn around and say you appealed once before and were told of the signage. As soon as i pulled away of the car park i was oh noooo, awaiting the letter now 😪😢😡🤦🏾

So complain about the PCN to the retail park management company or landowner or businesses and get it cancelled by them using copies of the proofs of purchase, ASAP, plan A
