Ruby glad you enjoyed Barcelona it's so.ewhere I would like to visit but DH only mentions if his footie team are going to play there
Gers glad the class went well and hope you all get together whilst the leader us away
Derek hope the storm damage didn't upset the horses
Hope all those with colds/coughs improve.
Off to doctors for blood tests in a bit
Busy few days as we had to call an ambulance last week for our friend who was staying he had a heart attack so we have been visiting each day and now are waiting to hear what happens next. We are staying at Dd's for a few days this week for childcare so will need to fit in around that

dp1, fingers crossed for your dgd today. NRA, how scary for you, hope he recovers quickly. Ruby, glad you had a fab time away! Yorkslass, have a word with your local council traffic warden department and ask them to attend on bin day...snoozer, good luck! SO, hope it's back on for you soon! Rosy, good to hear he's up and about. Take care all, it's still not nice out there!

Morning everyone happy birthday TAFF do whatever you want to do today it’s your birthday except for lifting anything heavy unless it’s cake have a lovely day . Just been to meet my friend for a coffee and a catch up the wind has died down but it’s chilly SO I hope you get everything sorted soon I’m not very good on my phone either Gers I hope you manage to meet up for some excercise while the class is off but it’s a funny time of the year and people call off . DP1 everything is crossed for the little one . I’m not doing a lot today I’ve got some washing on the rack it will dry once I get the fire lit it’s nothing urgent . Thinking of all the poorlies hugs to those that need them have a good day everyone whatever you are doing

It's freezing today as we have the cold north wind again and something is falling, feels like it could snow at any minute. I'm late because we were out early this morning to go to the bank in town to pay in a cheque and take cash out. That done we went on to the small retail park for some xmas presents. Whoo hoo ! I got everything on my list, I feel a bit better now. I also posted my cards and collected my owed meds, I must be on a roll today.
Glad to see Snoozer and RedRuby home safely.
SO hope you get your electricals get sorted asap.

Happy birthday @-taff, today you need to be chilling out - not humping heavy things around and rushing about!  Thanks for the carol, I remember learning that one at school in German lessons - er, 60+ years ago.  That's frightening.

we had a lovely weekend in Devizes with family, I think the storm followed us back home to the Kent coast!

YL I was taught it at school too. We had 2 German teachers, one an elderly spinster (Miss Taylor) but our favourite was Doktor Berger (a proper German!) She taught us lots of naughty things the spinster didn't approve of. Hers was my favourite lesson!
