How long to wait before starting Charge Back / Section 75 ??

    So no S75 then, As you have paid a 3rd part & broken the debtor/creditor link.

    No they haven't , they said go back to the agent . I dont believe its the hotels fault . I think the Agent is being underhand offering superior rooms for the price of a standard room on other sites  in hope you give up .
    Hence the reason me asking about chargeback/S-75 as i think im going to have a battle on my hands.

    I did ask the hotel how much a upgrade from Standard to Oceanview would be if I cant get the money back , but im waiting on a reply.

    Most of these sites are just hooked into distribution systems like Sabre and so descriptions, room selections etc are all originating from the supplier not the seller. Trying to maintain the property details of the circa 200,000 hotels most sites offer would be a mammoth undertaking hence the GDS providers exist because the hotel themselves know better than anyone else if they decide to change the descriptions of rooms or divide a class into two etc.
