Surely the name on the bank account has to be the name of the business, so is it the no. of signatories he wants to change? That should be straightforward on a 'proper' business account - we had possibly as many as 6 at one point, with any 2 to sign, but I think requiring 3 to sign would also have been possible.
by 'sign' I also mean authorising bank transactions ... one of us would enter the details, another would verify and confirm payment.Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
