Flexible ISA - T212 -move money from cash to S&S

There’s a feature called ‘move funds’, separate to withdraw or transfer.
Am I correct that this complies with the new rules and would not result in exceeding your allowance if you put some of the 2024/25 £20K cash ISA , into their S&S ISA?
A quick search finds articles that say you need to complete a transfer to move money from a cash to a stocks and shares ISA, but nothing specifically talking about within one platform

No problem moving cash between ISA's on 212. Transfer is instant
