Cheap travel insurance

I need travel insurance for a 2 week holiday in Thailand and the quotes are around £200 for 2 people , one with high blood pressure. Our recently expired annual policy for Europe was only £58. Can anyone recommend a company with reasonable prices?

Probably worth bearing in mind that the cheapest policies are usually so for a reason, so hopefully you studied the small print in sufficient detail to ensure that it fits your needs?3 -

If you have no intention of going to the USA or doing winter sports you can save a lot of money by getting worldwide policies which exclude them.0 -
Make sure you check all the limits for coverage as some have very low limits.

That is very cheap, but perhaps you are young! I would check TrustPilot and read any claims related reviews. I am currently looking for an annual multi-trip policy and so far I have quotes of between £400 and £900. I have no health issues but my partner has several including high blood pressure, mild oesteoarthirits, Type 1 diabetes, mild asthma and pancreatic insufficiency. Make sure you have declared everything. I printed out a list of medical conditions from my GP surgery. Some insurers only want last two years' history, others everything. Some claims are rejected or only part funded due to a condition not being declared, even non-critical.0
