    Your defence is likely to be the current numbered concise paragraphs 2 & 3 as seen in other recent cases

    That's over two weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence but please don't leave it to the last minute.
    To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
    Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.

    Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.

    So yeah, not parking within the markings of the bay? I don’t have any proof of this. So, how should my defence go? I was driving but with my partner at the time 
    Did you miss my earlier reply?  I already advised you exactly you need to put.

    OK, standard stuff! My advice from 2 weeks ago is unchanged and we hope you have now read enough similar threads from Nov/Dec to copy paragraph 3.
